Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Express Computers Ghana! In order to protect both you and our business, we ask that you carefully read and agree to the following terms and conditions before making a purchase or requesting a repair.

  1. Sales Terms and Conditions:

a. Warranty: All of the products we sell are sold with warranty that covers manufacturer defects for a period of 12 months from the date of your purchase. If you have any issues with the product, please notify us immediately so that we can determine the best course of action.

b. Payment: We accept payment by cash and Mobile money. If you choose to pay by credit card, please note that a 2.5% processing fee will be added to your total order.

c. Delivery: Delivery of your purchase will be made within 3-5 working days. You will be notified about the delivery date and time once the purchase is ready to be delivered.

  1. Repairs Terms and Conditions:

a. Warranty: For all repair services provided, we guarantee our work with a 3-month warranty that only covers the specific issue which was repaired. For example, if we repaired your laptop’s screen and subsequently experienced issues with the hard drive or any other components, those issues will not be covered by our warranty.

b. Payment: All payments for repairs services must be made at the time of collection or in advance. We accept cash, debit card, and credit card. If you choose to pay by credit card, please note that a 2.5% processing fee will be added to the total bill.

c. Data Protection: During the course of repair process, we will endeavor to keep your data as safe as possible. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring that any sensitive or confidential information is backed up before bringing your device to us, and we cannot be held accountable for the loss of any data or files during repair.

d. Declined Repairs: In the event that you decline to proceed with repairs after a quotation has been provided, you may be charged a diagnostic fee depending on the nature of the diagnostics completed.

e. Abandoned Devices: If you do not collect your device within 30 days of notification that it is ready for collection, we reserve the right to dispose of the device in accordance with local regulations.

By proceeding with a purchase or repair from our Computer Sales and Repairs Shop, you agree to the above terms and conditions and understand that they constitute a binding agreement between you, the customer, and our business; We reserve the right.

3.  Payment Terms and Conditions.

At Express Computers, we are pleased to accept both cash and mobile money as forms of payment for your convenience. With this in mind, please note that we do not accept checks, credit cards, or debit cards as forms of payment.

When paying with mobile money, please ensure that you have sufficient funds in your account and that you are familiar with the mobile money process before making a payment. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us for assistance.

By choosing to make a purchase or request a repair with us, you agree to our payment policy and understand that we accept only cash and mobile money as forms of payment. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to serving you soon.
